TERMS OF CONSIGNMENT

The undersigned, hereafter referred to as consignor, agrees to consign merchandise at Carousel Kids, under the following terms:

*ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN READY TO SELL CONDITION.  Clothing must be freshly laundered.  FREE OF STAINS, tears and holes, with buttons, zippers and snaps in working order.  All clothing must be on hangers.  Toys and equipment must be CLEAN and in working order. 

There is a 25-hanger limit per drop off day.

*CONSIGNMENT PERIOD WILL BE FOR 90 DAYS.  All will be at full price for the first 45 days.  Items will be reduced to half price for the last 45 days. 

After the 90-day consignment period all unsold items will be forfeited to Carousel Kids and donated.  A donation receipt is available upon request.

****WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PRICE ALL ITEMS.

Consignors receive 40% of selling price of clothing, toys and equipment, 50% for cribs, changing tables, bassinettes and toddler beds.  If item is in need of batteries, needs to be cleaned or is not on hangers, consignor will only receive 30% of selling price.

·         All due care will be taken to protect your items, however, we cannot be responsible for loss due to fire, flood or theft.

PAY OUT POLICY:

Less than $10.00 – must be used as Store Credit.

$10.01 - $20.00  - Cash will be given.

$20.01 and over - A check will be written, up to $100.00

Any money not picked up within one year of last drop off date will be forfeited to Carousel Kids.

Checks are not written the last week of each month.
